Industrial Engineering

Our Industrial Engineering division is responsible for the complete planning and realisation of complex production and assembly processes in our companies and for establishing new production plants in direct proximity to our customers' facilities.

In addition to plant and production planning, these processes are based on the planning of means of production, equipment, and human resources.

After the start of production these processes are subject to constant control and analysis - with the aims of continual system and cost optimisation. All processes are supported by process-oriented project management and the exchange of experience and information within our global corporate network.
