Our sales team is a crucial component of the HBPO service quality, as we think of distribution not as selling, but as a chance to listen, understand, advise, and offer individual solutions. We place a premium on interpersonal as well as technical competence.

Even in the advising and bidding phase, we look at every task through the eyes of our clients. We think in the long term, and transparent communication is important to us. We take keeping our promises very seriously. This is why our sales team closely monitors every project, acting as an interface between the client and the relevant HBPO department or parent company.
